Three deliverables, read them in any order.

Cross-store orders
Paper tickets replaced by a shared order lifecycle, with an OCR intake pipeline reading production tickets.

Website redesign
UX audit, IA restructure and a tokenized UI kit, handed to an outsourced engineering team as production-ready CSS.

Content that tested better
The brand's social presence built from zero, tested against two hypotheses instead of taste.
