A redesign built for someone else to build.
Situation · ~120 words
A storefront that could not say what the shop does
- Fourteen pages on Wix, captured page by page before any rebuild started
- Every service lives behind a URL Wix named, not a name a customer would search
- The store is reachable through one service page and nowhere else; nothing links to the shop landing page at all
- One page in the sitemap answers with an error while still reporting itself as healthy

Findings ranked by what the owner loses
- P0 / P1 / P2 tiers, ordered by revenue reached rather than by severity in the abstract
- Which findings came from measurement and which from judgement — TODO: decide how much of the method to show
- TODO: the one number that moved the conversation with the owner

Information architecture · ~120 words
Seven services, one shelf each
- As-is map against to-be map, same drawing so the change reads at a glance
- Service pages become the spine; ordering hangs off the service it belongs to
- An account area for repeat customers, which the current site has no concept of

Only the two services that can quote themselves
- Online ordering scoped to embroidery and UV printing, where the price is a function of inputs the customer already knows
- Laser cutting drawn, then parked: it needs a human quote before anyone can pay
- TODO: whether to show the parked flow as evidence of the cut, or leave it out

- Design system handed over as production-ready CSS variables to an outsourced engineering team
